Sorry, how many calories?

After doing a bit of research i am shocked to learn the number of calories present in foods I actually thought were good for me! I tried to keep my diet as high in protein as i could so i could stay fuller for longer and avoid snacking!

Breakfast:

- 1 Banana

- 60g of Smoked Salmon

Total: 160 calories

Lunch

- Chicken Wrap

Total:267 calories

Dinner:

- Blue Grenadier fillet

- Salad

Total:290 calories

Snacks:

- 2 Boiled eggs

Total: 136
